Quality Assurance Policies
Warranty/Quality Assurance
We stand behind the quality of all of our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Our customer service department is available to answer any questions you mawwy have.
All products are covered under warranty for a minimum of 90 days, Branding Irons Unlimited will handle defects and repairs on your behalf within the warranty period.
After the warranty period, if product repairs are needed, Branding Irons Unlimited is available to assist, please contact us for more information.
Return Policy
All custom-made products are non-refundable. Stock items can be returned within 30 days if they were not used and are in perfect condition. Stock items that have been used must be returned within 14 days of receipt and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Cancellation Policy on Custom Items
Branding Irons Unlimited handles cancellation requests on a case by case basis. Any order that is cancelled after artwork services have begun is subject to a cancellation fee based on the amount of work completed.
What to Expect After you Place a Custom Order
Branding Irons Unlimited takes pride in our customer satisfaction.
Once you have placed a CUSTOM order (over the telephone) you can expect the following:
1. The BIU Sales Team processes your order. You will receive a Sales Order via e-mail for your review. This will give you the opportunity to make sure all details and specifications are correct. There will be no need for you to respond unless corrections are needed. If no other payment arrangement has been made, your credit card will be charged within 24 hours.
2. Our Design Team takes over thereafter, to prepare a proof (layout) of your stamp(s). You will receive a proof within 2-3 business days. We offer up to three proofs per stamp for free (additional proofs are available at an additional cost). Shipping will be scheduled for 2-3 weeks from the day we receive your approval.
3. Our Production Team takes over, once you have approved your proof, creating the stamp per your specifications. As soon as your stamp is complete, your stamp is prepared by our shipping department for delivery.
If you need faster service, we can accommodate a Rush Order for delivery within 7 Business days (from the day we receive your approval).
What to Expect After you Place a Web Order
Once you have placed your online order, you can expect the following:
1. The BIU Sales Team processes your order. You will receive a Sales Order via e-mail for your review. This will give you the opportunity to make sure all details and specifications are correct. There will be no need for you to respond unless corrections are needed. Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours.
2. If your order includes a personalized branding iron, production will begin promptly. Your complete order will be shipped according to the production option of your choice (Standard, RUSH or Super RUSH).
3. If your order does not include a personalized branding iron, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days using the shipping option you select.
