Warranty/Quality Assurance
We stand behind the quality of all of our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Our customer service department is available to answer any questions you may have.

All the products we manufacture are guaranteed to perform well with proper use and care.
Products we offer, manufactured by other companies, include coverage under the manufacturer's warranty.


Quality Inspection
Before shipping any order, all products manufactured in-house undergo a final inspection to ensure quality. We closely examine our custom made branding heads and take imprints (using an inkpad). The imprints are then closely reviewed to make sure the marks are both clear and complete. All imprinted cards are saved in our files for future reference.

Enclosed Literature
In addition to your ordered products we enclose our Instructions & Care Tri-Fold Sheet and our Packing Slip (which reflects all items listed on the Sales Order e-mailed to you soon after you placed your order). Some products may include the manufacturer’s pamphlet. We recommend that you save these pamphlets for manufacturer warranty information.
